About Generations Family Medicine

The practice was established in 2000 with the goal of providing top quality primary care. We strive to create a comfortable atmosphere that reflects our enjoyment of the practice of medicine. Our caring staff makes every effort to meet each patient's individual needs.

We treat the whole family from age 10 to 110 (yes, we have treated a 110 year old patient!). We treat all medical conditions, from asthma to diabetes, acne to high blood pressure, anxiety to depression. We do minor surgery in the office including suturing (stitches), removal and biopsy of skin lesions (moles etc.), EKG's, immunizations, and respiratory treatments. Please call us to discuss your needs before assuming you need to go elsewhere for services. If you are in need of a specialist in any field, our close relationships with many specialists in the area can assist you in receiving prompt attention to the problem.

Our convenient office hours make us very available to you. We are open 5 days a week from mornings to evenings and are reachable through our answering service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for appropriate emergency calls. To respect the value of your time, our hours are by appointment only and we strive to keep waiting times to a minimum. In the practice of medicine, emergencies and unforeseen delays do occur, but should not be due to overbooking or accepting walk-ins.

We are on staff and have admitting privileges at Shore Memorial Hospital and Atlantic City Medical Center (Mainland and City branches), but direct our hospital admissions to hospitalists. Hospitalists are specialists in hospital medicine, spending their days in that setting as opposed to an office. They care for you during your hospital stay, and communicate with us from admission to discharge so that we may best continue your care at follow-up.

We are also on staff at Linwood Convalescent Center. We regularly see patients in the nursing home and rehabilitation facilities.
